Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
